Server Stats Channels

Live Voice Channel Statistics

Overview

Server Stats Channels displays live server metrics inside read-only voice channel names. Members can see stats like total member count, online members, boost count, and more at a glance without needing a command. Channels refresh automatically every 10 minutes to stay within Discord's rate limits.

Setup

  1. Open /settings and navigate to Server Stats.
  2. Enable the module using the Enable Module button.
  3. Click Add Stat Channel and select the stat type you want to display.
  4. Select an existing voice channel from the picker (the bot will rename it automatically).
  5. Enter a prefix label (e.g. Members:) — the channel name will become Members: 1,204.
  6. Repeat for each additional stat channel within your tier limit.

Usage

Once configured, the bot renames each stat voice channel every 10 minutes. Discord limits channel renames to roughly 2 per 10 minutes per channel, so the 10-minute refresh interval is intentional. The channels should be set to read-only for members so no one can accidentally join or send messages.
