Automatic Role Assignment on Join

Overview

Auto Roles automatically assigns one or more roles to every member who joins the server. Useful for granting a default "Member" role, access to introductory channels, or any role that every new member should receive.

Setup

1. Run /settings autoroles to open the Auto Roles settings.
2. Click Add Role and select the role to assign on join. Repeat for each role you want to add.
3. To remove a role from the auto-assign list, click Remove Role and select it.

Usage

Every time a member joins, the bot attempts to assign all configured roles. If a role no longer exists or the bot lacks permission to assign it, the failure is logged and the remaining roles are still attempted.

• Description: Opens the Auto Roles settings menu.
• Parameters: None.
• Permissions: Administrator.
• Available On: Both.
