Role Permissions Module (Gold exclusive)
Let your staff roles assign or remove specific roles via /role add and /role remove commands — without giving them full admin. Built-in protections prevent anyone from assigning roles above their own position or granting permissions they don't hold natively.
FiveM Integration (Gold exclusive)
A live connection between your Discord server and your FiveM server. Once set up with a single /fivem setup command and a small resource on your FiveM server, your staff can:

Unlimited Limits
Every multi-entity limit is removed. Unlimited ticket panels, application forms, notes, keywords, reaction role panels, auto roles.
Auto-Transcribing Tickets
Ticket transcripts are generated automatically when a ticket is closed — no staff action required. Delivered as formatted HTML to a configured channel.
Custom Bot Instance
Your own Discord bot account, running under your server's branding. You bring the bot token; Aether runs it within the same hardened infrastructure. Your instance gets:
- Your own bot name, avatar, and bio (set via
/bot bio) - Your own status message (
/bot status) - Your own activity (
/bot activity) - All Aether modules, fully functional on your bot
Your instance is fully isolated. An error on another server's instance will never affect yours. If your instance crashes, it automatically reconnects with exponential backoff. If it can't reconnect, you're notified and your data is preserved.
Data retention on lapse: If your Diamond subscription lapses, your instance is shut down gracefully and all data is preserved for 30 days. Resubscribe within that window and everything is restored automatically.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time? Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, and your premium configuration is preserved for 30 days in case you come back.
What happens if I cancel? Your server reverts to the Free tier at the end of the billing period. All data is preserved for 30 days. Nothing is deleted until that window passes.
Is the FiveM integration hard to set up?
No. Run /fivem setup in Discord, copy the token you receive, add it to a config.lua in the Aether FiveM resource, and start the resource. The resource auto-detects your framework and inventory system — no manual configuration.
Does the Custom Instance share infrastructure with the main bot? It runs on the same server infrastructure but is fully isolated in code. Each instance has its own event handlers and command scope. One instance crashing does not affect any other.
What payment methods do you accept? Payments are processed through Tebex, which supports major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
